La Brigade student restaurant is staffed by students enrolled in the Food and Restaurant Management class at York High School.
Students learn about and rotate through the different positions needed to staff the restaurant. Through regular private and open luncheon functions students gain experience prepping for and hosting large events.
Students also learn and apply sanitation procedures and have the opportunity to receive their sanitation managers certification through coursework.
